Are the menus customizable?
Yes, we can easily customize menus. We can customize menus based on your ethnic food preferences or special requests.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We ask that any changes or cancellations to existing catering orders be received by 10:00 am the business day prior to your delivery. If this is a staffed event, or an order over $1000, all changes must be finalized 3-5 business days before your event. Any cancellations with fewer than 3 business days are subject to applicable service charges.
Do you provide bartending services?

Yes! Please let us know beforehand and we will do our best to source what you need. Additional charges may apply.
What includes your work?
Delivery and set up only.
Do you require a deposit?
For all orders over $1000, we require a 25% deposit within 10 days of booking the event.
Can I just have the food delivered? If so, what is included?
Yes. We will charge for delivery (the amount depends on the size of the event and distance. Includes set up and reheating instructions if required. For drop-off catering, food will be delivered in disposable foil containers, unless otherwise arranged with your event coordinator.
Do you include plates, cutlery, napkins, etc.?
Our deliveries include disposable paper supplies for a small fee of $0.85(eg; plates, napkins and cutlery);

Allergen Policy
While we strive to accommodate your allergy and dietary restriction requests, we cannot assure an entirely allergen-free environment. Some of our products are manufactured using shared equipment with dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy products.
Additional charges may apply to cover extra labor and specific ingredients.
